The Challenge
A one-person brokerage has no research team. Every hour spent working out who to call is an hour not spent on the phone.
His week started in Companies House. Open a filing, open another tab for the accounts, search for a director’s email, cross-check a charge, repeat. Hours went into building a list, and the calls fell into two piles:
